Rear Seat Center Console Entertainment Controls

my dad had the entertainment package installed when he bought the AV new back in 2003, there are controls for the rear seat passengers, 3 buttons but they are all faded to a white-ish color, no indication of function, can anyone post a picture of this console with buttons visible? or at least explain what each button is?

yes perfect thank you, I doubt we'll even use it though, the kids have tablets these days and rarely agree on what to watch
