Need a name for the 2009 w/6.0L and 6L80E.

So here's the issue:

I have a 2009 Avalanche LTZ, the trim is secondary, with the 6.0L L76 engine and 6L80E transmission. I'm getting tired of typing that out when it comes up, so I'd like a nickname for this option. Any ideas? Anything that makes sense or just an abbreviation?

Also, who else has one of these '09s with the 6.0L/6 spd?
 
With the info in your signature you shouldn't have to repeat yourself......(not sure why you have question marks though in your signature info?)
Otherwise I would just refer to it as a 2009 LTZ 6.0

I do have a question on the name of the color on your AV.....never heard of a Lazer Blue one, can you post a picture of it?
Here are some of the color choices for a 2009 AV:

I had just bought the rig when I put it in my sig, and I did a quick google search followed by a quicker guess at which one it was. Then I've just been lazy on updating the sig.  :cool:

So I'll update it now, though I liked the link you put up. I tried a couple days ago with a google search along the lines of "2009 Chevrolet Avalanche paint" and didn't get much traction beyond paint codes, which not having the truck in front of me, that didn't help.

However, based off of your link: Imperial Blue Metallic.

You are correct that everything 2009 and newer had the 6 spd, but 2009 was also the last year for the 6.0L L76 V8, which makes the 2009 Avalanche optioned with the L76 a little more rare and special of a snowflake.  >:D
 
My first Avalanche was Laser Blue - I was told that it was only used in the 2010 model year...  ???



You could call it - Gen II with balls
