PPV/Silverado Windshield wiper arms

My wiper arms are getting chipped and faded after all these years and I figure I either replace them or repaint them.  I remember reading an old article about replacing the stock arms with the beefier ones from a Tahoe PPV/Silverado for increased cleaning power and stability especially at higher speeds which mine struggles to keep up with.  The part numbers from the original thread which are now "no longer available" at GMParts Depot in Canada.  Have these part numbers been revised or replaced?  If so does anybody know what the replacement part numbers are for them?

Ya may want to look for a Tahoe PPV

These come up on ebay as "Superseded Part Number" but you can't tell if they are the ones your looking for..
