2005 Avalanche LT 1500 ABS problems

having ABS problems got the codes  got 3    C0268, C0222, C0221 any help would be great

C0221 & c0222 is your front right speed sensor circuit is open. So check the wirng or replace the wheel hub.

C0268 is a abs module error. Fix the 221 222 first then see if the 268 goes away.

thank you replaced both front hubs still have the C0268 coming up says motor stalled  any thoughts

Did you clear the codes ABS codes hang around.

yes i did it will come back when i put the truck in drive abs light comes on same code clear it out put in drive same code comes back

Then it's the ABS module and not easy to repair yourself.

Check the ground for the ABS unit. The unit is under the truck on the frame rail. Two known issues are when the frame rail the ground is connected to rusts it can create an issue with the unit.

The other issue is related to bad solder joints within the unit which requires removal from the truck, disassembly, repair and then reassembly. You are better off going to the junk yard and getting a new unit unless you are totally comfortable with a soldering iron. If your not used to soldering on circuit boards it is easy to destroy the circuit board requiring a new unit regardless.

There are threads on here and you can also search for "bad ECBM Chevy Pickup 2005" or other years from 2003-2005 and you should find threads and/or videos showing how to address this issue but realistically, if you are not practiced and familiar with using a soldering iron you are better off buying a different unit.
