Need shock part numbers please

I have a 2003 Wbh leveled plus 3" Z71. I've had Bilsteins on it for years without any problems. They have both quit on me, and sometime after the move all of my info for the build of this truck has vanished. The numbers punched in the shocks go no where.

Please if you know, share the part numbers needed for this. I do believe they were the 5100 series

Oh...I've searched for a while...I didn't see part numbers for the shocks.

Thank you ever so much, that is exactly what I needed. It's crazy that the part number isn't stamped on these,  it was on a sticker.  It's probably somewhere between here and Colorado.
