I plan on putting on a 6 inch RC lift later this year but I want to purchase everything a little at a time so not to shock the wallet. I seen these rims on Craigslist. Question #1, will these fit on the 03 cladded Avalanche and can I put these on my current stock tires(265/70/17) and then upgrade the tires later to 35/12.5? And question #2, are these a good deal? Thanks for the help.

You need to know back spacing and lug bolt pattern to confirm if they will fit properly with what ever tire size you end up with.

You can use tire rack for cross over specifics. They have TEC support.
