Hello guys from Italy !

« on: 07/09/17 02:35 pm »

Hello all.
I bought 2 years ago a interface to add bluetooth and USB on my OEM nav monitor GM 15940102.

I started with a GROM (totally failed... the usb goes to conflict with XM module and I sent back from Italy the module).

After I tried a Scosche Bluefusion. That unit goes a little bit better but doesn't with connecting or reconnecting the phone after some operation.

I want the Usb port, so I bought another one (iSimple ISGM651) bluetooth + usb. That seems to going all right... but nope.
After 2,5 hours form the installation I was with a totally drained battery!  banghead

Today, after a few of test, I re-open the dash to dismantle all.

I found a """""SURPRISE""""" !

I found a connector outside the X1 Connector (power connector, the first one passenger side).

I checked online a lot of pictures but, no one have the code color like mine on 14 pin connector!  Huh

I tried to put it back on the pin 5 (I image from some pictures that could go there) but, it seems so impossibile to put back inside.  banghead

Someone have similar like mine? I have a 07 LTZ Avy with Bose and navy kit.

P.S. someone had similar problems with iSimple?

thank you!
