Experiencing serious wobble at highway speeds. Changed out the four universal joints on the drive shafts. Noticed that the front of the rear driveshaft was sloppy/loose at the transfer case. Figure this might actually be the problem. Anybody else ever run into this? Is there a fix?

I called mine the death wobble it started around 65 mph and it was indeed the U-joint at the transfer case, one of the seals was missing. He did change them or a shop.

I've had the wobble too. I replaced the u-joint nearest to the differential. The wobble was gone when I installed the new u-joint.

Any chance your driveline is out of balance?

When I disassembled the original u-joint, the snakes were a trip.

When you say sloppy the u-joints or the yoke when in the T-case.

Yokes do wear out. Did you keep same position when you reassembled
the drive line? Need to be in time.
