After changing both the purge valve and the Evap. valve and only making the CEL go off I did a little searching and found this video.

Now I cheated and just dumped-cleaned out the canister on mine instead of replacing it to make sure is corrected the problem and it did. Also I didn't pull my tank to clean out the lines on the tank. I remove the fuel cap( so it would vent) and used a shop vac. in short bursts to suck all the pellets out of the lines. It's been 2 months now and everything flowing fine.
