I have a (new to me) 2011 Avalanche LT 2WD w/ 115K miles.  I've noticed that it seems to run rough when there's only a little throttle input.  Testing yesterday with the manual mode, it seems to be the worst in the 1000 - 1500 RPM range and not speed dependent.  If I get on the throttle, it responds appropriately.  I'm planning to have the oil changed this weekend and will probably have the plugs and wires replaced as well.  Is there anywhere else I should be looking for issues?

A guess would be it needs the plugs and wires since you have 115k mile and the original owner more than likely did not do the 100,000 miles maintenance

Clean the MAF too.

Other better ones... but with 2007 gm programmed in hesitation to protect drivetrain we think...

There are other threads on this.

It's not a hesitation off the line, it's more like the engine is fuel starved, at low throttle.  Speed doesn't seem to matter, it seems to be more the RPM's.  If I'm driving, coasting, on cruise even and light throttle is applied, the engine seems to stumble.

any codes?

At the 100k tune up I changed out my 02?s. Coming up on
200k will do the same. Just something I do.

It made great difference in Idle, off idle, and just better performance over all.

THings to check:
o2 sensors.
Fuel pressure
Air leak

Monitor engine with tEch 2 when this happens
