We have a dog now so we need a SUV, and really never used more than half of the truck's towing capacity anyway.

'04 Avalanche 2500.  8.1L,4wd,graphite leather, loaded with everything except rear seat DVD.  145k on the clock.  Located in Danville, PA 17821.  I never 'cheaped out' when working on or doing mods to this truck, as I intended to keep it for a long time.

Mods:
2-way remote start / keyless entry system with display on remote (crazy-good range)(USB recharging too)
Steel cowl hood (lets engine bay heat out when parked!)
Muffman-spec full dual exhaust with dual Magnaflow mufflers.  NO drone inside.  ("Muffman" is a exhaust guy that frequented the avalanche board and really knows exhaust)
Dyno tune with some transmission tweaks for longer life, picked up 40hp and 50lb-ft across the board, as well as around 10% better fuel economy.
LED lightbar (mostly) behind front grille
Headlight wiring harness (reduce voltage drop through factory wiring)
GMT900 power/heated/blinker towing mirrors
Sony xav-ax100 Apple CarPlay / Android Auto head unit with rear backup camera.
PanaVise cell phone/device mount
custom sub boxes under rear seats with 8" subs and amp, seats still fold flat!
Prodigy P3 brake controller mounted in center console
front windows tinted to 40%.
Method racing 20x9" wheels AND OEM alloys with excellent snow tires (235/85-16)
rear wheel spacers (bolt-on)
BRIGHT led turn signal / stop / reverse bulbs - no pep boys junk
Front end leveled with a mild torsion bar crank
145A OEM alternator
Molded all-weather mats F&R.

Maintenance: (I will print the receipts)

New Michelin Defender 265/60-20 LoadRange E tires - end of 11/17
New front wheel bearing assemblies 2015, ~20k ago
Driver's side exhaust manifold studs replaced - passenger's side not needed, but have the gasket for that side too - 2016
All new AC Delco calipers, Power Slot rotors, brackets, slides, and Raybestos Advanced technology pads 9/2016 - Motul 5.1 fluid
New fan clutch 11/16
Transmissions fluid changed to Dexron VI in 2010, again in 2015
Both motor mounts and transmission mount 10/2016
Engine oil cooler lines 2013
Spark plugs & wires 2014, plugs again in 2016/17
New Bilstein shocks 2015 (proper length for the front lift)
Intermediate steering shaft - 2012
Serp belts and idlers over time (have to find the dates, but they're silent)
GMT900 front bump stops (Firmer / more durable / reduces body roll)
Steering box replaced 2015 or 2015 (I hate sloppy steering)
Moog "problem solver" pitman/idler/idler bracket/tierod ends 2012
Moog sway bar end links 10/2015
Rear axle seals and parking brake shoes (2014)
brake booster (1/2018)
Alignment 12/2017
Battery is good - it started right up this morning after being outside in 4 temps for 36 hours.  It's a "Duralast Gold".
Extra Mobil1 oil filter

Here's the not-so-awesome.  I'm picky though.
I had the truck fully repainted after a minor hail storm in 2014,so the body is straight and scratch/dent free.  He never wet-sanded it enough, so while it's good and shiny, there are 2 little runs.  Some rust repair on the rockers was done at that time too.  He could have done better.  He did use Por-15 liberally on the repair, but he didn't live up to his claim of "it'll look like new".
Right front fender has some small bubbles forming under the paint at the top of the arch.
I would probably change the driver's seat bottom foam and cover.  There's a ~1" split at the side of the cushion, and though the seat foam feels good even on long trips, when you sit in the passenger's seat, you notice the difference.  Seat heaters work perfectly.
One instrument cluster bulb at the 30MPH mark is out.  No issues reading the speedo.

$9,995 obo

(I will get more pictures upon request..  just throwing this up now)

If it's any consolation, I wasn't even considering it a few months ago!  We just need a vehicle that gets good mileage, and of everything the 2500 does well,MPG ain't it.

Updated the list of mods and maintenance items...  Brake booster now replaced (was leaking a little) - brakes feel great again!
