I have an 05 Z71 with tow package,  just bought a travel trailer, after hooking it up we found the left turn signal/stop lamp isn't working but the tail light works.  They tested the trailer side and all is working.  I tested to the plug on the truck and I'm getting voltage to there.  I cleaned the terminals but its still not working.  Any ideas?

DId you check fuses underhood?

yes I looked at all the fuses under the hood and inside.  I can't find anything blown.  The freezing rain is coming in so I'll recheck all of them again this weekend if the weather is good.

thanks for the reply,

Otherwise check the connector underneath rear.

If I'm not mistaken, there is a separate fuse for the trailer lights, Left, right, and stop for the trailer harness, its in the fuse box on the side of the dash.

turns out the wiring for the left side was brittle and broken.  Got all that fixed up and ready to go.
