Spare tire - hitch mount with swing

Hi All,  I have a 2004 Z71.  I bought new rims including the spare.  The internal bore is 108MM which is way too big for the hoist.  I was going to make a 'washer' with 1/4 steel but I also like the look of having the spare on the back of the truck.  I've been searching and cannot find a hitch mount swing, either down or over, for the spare. 

Any thoughts?
