plow setup

2002 north face...  I am looking to buy a used plow and the problem I am having is that what kind of push plates do I need? I am looking to get a mm2 7.5 which I can find hundreds of them cheap but they all coming from a ford or dodge....  also does anyone have a write up with pics on install a plow on your truck? thanks.
