04 Avalanche tow mirror upgrade question....So confused

I've used the search feature and I am just as confused as I was in the beginning. I've got an 04 with power, turn signal, and defrost mirrors. I also have memory options. All I want to do is find a tow mirror that is power, turn signal, and defrost that is plug-n-play. I come across a ton of ebay/amazon listings that say something to the effect of "does not work with memory applications". Can I still use them but the memory function won't work, or can I just not use them at all? Also, the pictures show what appears to be a simple plug-n-play cords but then in the description it says something to the effect of "wiring included.... professional installation recommended".

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

  The issue most have is not having the options and wanting them. The plugs are there but they
will need to be programed. 
  With the options you have you will just not have them. If you have heated buy with out you wont have heated.

  So here is a web based parts I use. With two options, with or out memory and other options.
