new to me 2010 avy to be lowered

any company better than than other on lowering components. i want a decent ride. will lowering lessen the towing. i'm thinking a 3/5 w/22's.
 
I did a 2-3 on a 2007 without auto ride. Used Belltech and it had a great ride, I hear some are not so good.....going to 22's will also hurt the ride some.
 
It would be helpful to know more info. Are you two wheel drive or four? As Z66 Butch mentioned do you have an LTZ model with auto ride shocks? Or even a Z71 model with off road shocks and springs etc......
