Instrument Cluster going in and out 2003 1500

All of the gauges and the PRND321 LCD display on my instrument cluster have been going out and not moving. When I hit a bump sometimes all of them will come back on and work fine until I kill the engine and restart. Thought the issue might be faulty stepper motors. I replaced them and still nothing. Any ideas what the issue may be?

A common problem with these clusters is a poor solder joint on the circuit board inside the cluster.

I opted to purchase an upgraded cluster to replace my defective one.
