07 air conditioning issues
« on: May 17, 2019, 14:34:58 PM »

Posting due to search was inconclusive.
2007 Avalanche 90k miles - A/c not blowing cold:  Completed Hvac system reset (same); Compressor cycles on-off (no change); fuses OK; air blows warm via vents; top condenser line very cold; return line warm/hot.  Thoughts? Helpful Suggestions? Switches/ sensors other..? Thanks in advance.

Maybe see if it will blow cold air on floor or mix mode....

My guess is blend door is not working properly amd mixing your cold air over heater core.

Check the high and low side refrigerant pressures. Possibly low on refrigerant, but you need to measure to know for sure.
