In-dash Radio Issue

This may be the wrong forum but I have a 2012 Chevy Avalanche with the DVD player/navigation in the front dash. I cannot seem to use the touchscreen anymore. Is it the digitizer or possible a fuse? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would start with pulling the radio fuse and reinsert it and see if that fixes it.
