Door panel hanging on door frame

Ok, this is weird, my 11 had a driver door handle break(normal), replaced it the other week, no big deal done them before. Now the door panel wants to snag on the door frame, to the point door wont open and you door get open pops lower clips off. I have looked at it every way possible, made sure guide line up, went to point of holding up the panel when tightning the 3 bolts, same deal, you open close 4-5 times, seems fine, then sits wont open dried dry lube all around...still does it...it was fine before I pulled it off..makes no sense at all...

Is the top lip of the panel all the way over the window channel? I did driver and rear passenger handles recently, and recall getting the panel on & secured and then having to bend that top lip towards you while pushing up and over to get it seated properly.
