anybody know where this is at exactly?

I have tentative plans to be in the area....I might have to sneak on up.... of course the bands I wanna see are on the wrong dates....

The Summerfest grounds are located on the shore of Lake Michigan in Milwaukee. The name of the park is "Henry J Maier Festival Park." (named after the former mayor of Milwaukee) I haven't been going as much as I did when I was younger, but it's still a good time. The only downfall is it's getting so big that there is always huge lines for beer, food and restrooms. I would highly recommend seeing Kenny Wayne Shepherd, though. The Harley stage is usually the closest to the Miller beer pavillion!!

I highly recommend summerfest, its a great time. I would also recommend Feeling Better than Everfine in Cleveland on 7/31.

So far the line up has:
O.A.R.
Howie Day
Matt Nathanson
Toothpick
Ingram Hill
The Clarks
Ordinary Peoples
Zox
Virginia Coalition

There is a small parking lot that we always tailgate in about 20 feet from the gate. Get there at noon (when it starts) and they allow you in and out of the pavillion until 6 so you can bring your own beverages. Always a great time, if anyone else is interested let me know and we can plan this out.

We are up for Summerfest. A guy I work with's band is playing ( during the week) The bands name is Black Cat Bones.
If you like Stevie Ray Vohn ( I dont think I spelled that right)
You will like this band.
