Do you have to replace the stock therm when you do the hypertec programmer?

I didn't and I don't believe you have to. From what I read or remember replacing the therm didn't make much of a difference.

id like to know more info on if you need to replace the therm, I just got my Predator and installed it. What advantages are there to replacing the therm, is it a good mod to do, which brand and how much are they?
