I measured holes and brough Tow hooks with me to hardware store...and bought the required METRIC hardware.... about $5-10 for all them...
Also if ya have instructions....Like I do...
they list metric sizes...and QTY
For New longer Tow hook bolt
M12 Hex Head Screw 2 req'd
M12 Flat Washer 2 req'd
M12 Lock Washer 2 req'd
For top Installed Bolt
M10 Flanged Nut 2 Req'd
That is about it!
