Has anyone had any experience with the Ravelco security system.

A bit over $300 including installation and they will come to your home in the Northeast and do the install there.  They say it takes about 3 hours.

I've never heard of them before, but it sounds interesting. Definitely needs more research first though.

I had heard of them before, but I don't know anyone who's had the system installed. It sounds pretty good. I'd probably ask them to do something to make the connector more stealthy though. Maybe install it in the glove box or something.

If you go for it, let us know how it is.
 
My sister had something like that on one of her vehicles, its like having two keys, except one plugs into the connector, notice the ad says you can't HOTWIRE the vehicle, not that it can't be stolen, just can't be started
