'03 71 Blue Spotted In Hampton Roads VA.

My wife and I were on vacation last week to visit family in the Hampton Roads area of VA. On Wed, Feb 12th at around 4:30-5:00pm or so, we spotted an '03 Arrival Blue with chrome door/tailgate handles and amber DRL's. I believe it was a Z71.

We were traveling west on I-64, just coming up to the Williamsburg exit. I was just wondering if this was a member?
