Hit 224,000 miles last fall, on our way to 300,000.If Chevy re-introduces the AV I may have to buy one, but will hate to leave this one go. Owned brand new from July 2001. Minor oil leak from crank case gasket but will get fixed. Burns no oil. We use it for local and fishing trips. Off road occasionally. The Z71 option is great. We are into Geocaching and it is our go to vehicle for that.

just passed 200k a couple months ago, have an egr code that won't go away and high idle while cold. have replaced purge valve, vent valve, iac. replacing canister in next couple days.

truck has been great considering mine went underwater (with engine running) and engine needed no internal parts afterwards.

2002 197K, just did the usual stuff,  water pump,  alternator, front end stuff (to be expected with the lift) but runs great,  got a good deal on low mileage engine so that'll be going in this winter,  but I feel as is I could get 230K or more out of this vehicle

I have a 03 z71 with the 5.3 nothing hasn't really been changed major engine, tranny wise besides a altnatntor and
A water pump and I'm at 240k and no check engine light runs like a camp and is my daily driver. Of course had to replace tires brakes shocks spark plugs etc. Just regular maintenance stuff. Oh did have to replace with all new stainless brake line last year. She's been a strong one for me.
