Setting Up A Local Club In Ten Easy Steps

Setting up a local chapter of the Chevy Avalanche Fan Club of North America is challenging. However if you’re willing to put in the time it requires it can be fun and incredibly rewarding. The good news is that it doesn’t really take any money (unless you’re a stickler on things like some phone calls and make a few photo copies) and you have a number of tools available to help you along.

This is the start of a document that outlines everything you need to do to get your club off the ground in ten easy steps.

STEP ONE - MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT STEPPING ON TOES:

The first step is to make sure there isn’t already an active local club in your area.  The best way to determine if there is an active local club is to search the club database and visit the forums. You can find the club database at:

/user/cruise_search.html

If you don’t see your city listed – congratulations! You’ve completed the first step.

On to step two...
