National Meet Registration

Advanced registration for the Chevy Avalanche Fan Club of North America
2003 National Meet is here through April 30, 2003. Come join us in the Black Hills of South
Dakota for an entire fun filled week of family friendly activity.
Standard registration gets you the following:
1) Access to all standard events and activities including the Hospitality
Suite on Monday night, all cruise events on Tuesday, Wednesday, and
Friday, access to the Avalanche Jamboree on Thursday, entrance into the
Avalympics, access to all educational and breakout sessions.
2) Breakfast on Tuesday, breakfast on Thursday, lunch on Thursday,
and semi-formal dinner on Thursday.
3) Snack
or lunch on Tuesday, Snack or lunch on Wednesday, snack or lunch on
Friday*.
4) Childcare provided at no charge for Thursday night dancing.
5) Dancing to a disc jockey and 2 drink tickets for each adult on
Thursday night.
6) All trip materials including binder, event information, local area
discounts, coupons, and maps.
7) Administrative costs to cover club incurred expenses and required
deposits.
What You Are
Responsible For

All overnight accommodations
-
Gas, oil, wiper fluid and any other expense related to your
Avalanche including but not limited to all repairs, body work, towing,
transport, storage, tolls, fines, or parking tickets

Having vehicle registration and liability insurance as
required by the state or province you live in, United States law, the laws
of South Dakota, and the laws of Wyoming

Monday - dinner

Tuesday - lunch*, dinner, entry fees to parks if applicable

Wednesday - breakfast, lunch*, dinner, entry fees to parks
if applicable

Friday - breakfast, lunch*, dinner, entry fees to parks if
applicable
Payment
You can pay for registration using MasterCard, Visa, Discover, online
eCheck, or your PayPal account. You can also send payment via

Refunds
A refund of 100% will be issued to any member of the US military, active
duty, reservist or National Guard that can provide proof of call up to
active duty by July 15, 2003 that will not allow attendance to the
National Meet.
A refund of 75% will be issued to you for cancellation by May 1, 2003.
A refund of 50%
will be issued to you for cancellation by June 15, 2003.
No refund will
be issued to you for cancellation after June 15, 2003.
If the 2003
National Meet is cancelled for any reason other than war within the
continental United States, terrorist attack that does or does not involve
weapons of mass destruction, either within the control of the Chevy
Avalanche Fan Club or not, you will receive a 75% refund for your
deposit. In the event that selected destinations (like Mount
Rushmore) are closed due to
national security concerns by federal, state or local agencies, alternative trip
plans will be made.
* Lunch may be
provided depending on the activity that you select for the day.
