Meet 2003 - Overnight Accommodations:

343-8550: The Best Western Ramkota Hotel and Conference Center,
Rapid City, SD is the Upper Midwest's largest hotel/convention center. A
recently completed and extensive $13 million dollar renovation included
each of the guest rooms, meeting rooms and all of the public areas as well
as adding Minervas Restaurant & Bar. The entire property has a western
decor, complete with bison, running horses and livestock, complimented
with our western hospitality.
The hotel offers 267 uniquely decorated guestrooms, including a variety of
suites and hospitality rooms. All rooms feature in-room coffee,
full-size iron and board, hair dryer, voice mail, dataport, 25" TV,
Nintendo 64 and Lodgenet movies. There are 33 two-room suites,
including three large whirlpool suites that open into our interior
courtyard. Presidential suites includes a fireplace. Other amenities

Conveniently located on Interstate 90 at Exit 59, guests enjoy the
convenience of the Rushmore Mall (120 stores), a seven-screen theater,
Toys R Us and Hobby Lobby just across the street. There are several
restaurants within walking distance including - Outback Steakhouse,
Perkins, Denny's, Boston Pizzeria and TGI Fridays. Located 12 miles
from Rapid City Regional Airport, shuttle transportation is provided free
to guests.
The Chevy
Avalanche Fan Club has a block of 100 rooms set aside for club members.
The room rate is reduced for our event to $99 a night for one to four
adults. You can upgrade to a larger King or Queen Executive Suite
for $109 a night or upgrade to a full two-room suite for $129 a night!
Room tax is 8%. Discounted rate and room reservations can be made up
