Meet 2003 - Rallying Point Cities:
The Chevy Avalanche Fan Club of North America has
identified six cities across North America that are strategically located
a days drive away from Rapid City, South Dakota. We've made
arrangements in five of these six cities to provide hotel accommodations
at a discounted rate for our members. With a little bit of planning
members can get connected in these cities and then convoy together the
last day into Rapid City.
These six
cities have been selected based on their geographical location to Rapid
City and access to the Interstate System.

ROCHESTER,
MINNESOTA, PREFERRED LOCATION Extended
Stay America (507) 536-7444: Located off of Interstate 90 between Marion
and Rochester, the Extended Stay America is a discounted property that
features kitchenettes, cable TV and moderate accommodations. There is no
discount code associated with the property and no reserved group of rooms.
Rates start at $50 a night for two-adults with one queen bed. Early
reservations are STRONGLY recommended.

OMAHA,
NEBRASKA, PREFERRED LOCATION
Red Lion Hotel (402) 397-7030: Located off of Interstate 80 close to the
I-29 corridor the Red Lion Hotel is a three-star hotel featuring a free
breakfast for club members who are staying. The property includes a
restaurant and lounge. A block of ten rooms has been set-aside for Friday,
July 18, Saturday, July 19, and Sunday, July 20, 2003. The discount code for
the $65 a night rate is CAFCNA and reservations must be made no later
than June 17, 2003. You must call the local motel number to get the discount
code. Early reservations are STRONGLY recommended.

SPRINGS, COLORADO, PREFERRED LOCATION
Ramada Limited East (719) 596-7660: Located five miles off the interstate
the Ramada Limited East is a two-star hotel featuring a free breakfast for
club members who are staying. The property features a heated indoor swimming
pool and was recently built. A block of ten rooms has been set-aside for
Friday, July 18, Saturday, July 19. The discount code for the $62.99 a night
rate is Avalanche Group and reservations must be made no later than
June 17, 2003. You must call the local motel number to get the discount

Super 8 Motel
(801) 255-5559: Located off of Interstate 215 in Midvale, Utah this two-star
property features a 24-hour hot tub, HBO, and a quiet setting. Club members
get a free breakfast while staying. A block of ten rooms has been set-aside
for Friday, July 18, Saturday, July 19. The discount code for the $53.10 a
night rate is CAFCNA and reservations must be made no later than June
17, 2003. You must call the local motel number to get the discount code.

FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA, PREFERRED LOCATION
Regretfully during the weekend of July 18 the largest amateur
wrestling event in the United States is occurring in Fargo, North Dakota.
Most major properties already have rooms reserved for this event. Members are
advised to use Hotels.Com
or PriceLine.Com to
make your arrangements. Because of the remote nature of the surrounding area
there isn’t a viable alternative north or south of Fargo. It is also strongly
recommended to stay at a three-star or four-star property, as most two star
properties will be full of amateur wrestlers. A meeting point for those that
want to drive down together will be established soon.

90, this two-star property features recently renovated rooms, a heated indoor
