but it's high mileage. New tires, new trans, new o2 sensors, but 171k miles. With the high used car prices, but average blue book prices, it's really hard to put an accurate number on it. I love my truck, don't want to get rid if it, but the little woman demanded a new vehicle, so she now has one. I have no more garage space and can't stand the AV sitting outside. Any suggestions on a value?

This topic of finding a market price has been discussed for years in many other threads. It always is a supply and demand market and the books should get you in the ballpark as well as checking sites like auto trader to see what other sellers are asking.
Problem is you can ask what you want but need to find someone willing to pay the price. Cash sales of course are easiest but for those buyers needing a loan book value is what the lender's usually use.
Any price on a site like this is just based on local experience for that poster and hopefully they are telling the truth.
Good luck with your sale.

Put it out there for 2,000 more than you think it's worth. Things like options are going to impact the price quite a bit as someone would be willing to pay as a 4X4 LTZ is going to sell for more than a dealer special base model.

I paid 10,000 for my 2008 LTZ 6.0 with 138,000 miles but the engine was replaced with a GM crate at 115,000, front end suspension was rebuilt at 120,000, AC compressor / rear shocks and compressor were replaced at 130,000. I then had to replace the O2 sensors, driver motor mounts (these are bad in 99% of GMT900s and an exhaust leak.

Wow, crate motor at 115k, that's early. All the other information is helpful in comparison. Thanks

Not necessarily for a 2007-2008 AFM engine.

I understand some are good and some are bad.

Sounds like this original one was one of the bad ones.
