My name is Lonnie, gust bought my first Avalanche 2004 Z66. Very nice, just trying to figure out the best way to bring back the dull plastic. Any ideas. I live in North East Texas.

Welcome to the website! Take some time and look around at section like maintenance and care or use word search for restore cladding and you will get tons of info on how to treat/restore the cladding of your AV.
 
Good morning. First time here, Isaac, in rural NC.

My 2002 Avalanche 1500 has about 220000 miles now, and it's been through a lot since I bought it with 13000 miles. I've toyed with trading it in, for something different or a newer model. I can't bring myself to let it go. ;) I am considering doing some upgrades to it, which will be a different post for suggestions.

Hello enthusiasts…my name is Damienn, I bought a 2007 Avalanche Flex Fuel 4x4 a little over a year ago. First time owning one, I love the mid-gate window and take it out every chance I get, I love the wind blowin through the truck with all the windows down. I just blew up the motor at 188k miles ( and I wasn’t even doing anything crazy in it at the time either ) so now I’m having a new crate motor put in ( hoping it will be more reliable ) maybe ? I’m not that chatty a person, but sometimes I warm up. I’m just trying new things ( like forums ) and seeing what comes of it.
 
Hey gang New here though we have had our 04 Z66 for a couple of years now. It currently has 330,xxx miles on it and still rungs strong. Decided to finally sign up due to needing to view files. (thanks for the add btw). I don't have much planned for the truck at the moment other than trying to get the electrical gremlin out. I have a new bcm on the way as well as a new tail light with a new harness.

Some of the things I would like to do is to upgrade the lighting. I already have a set of HID projectors siting on a shelf left over from my Mazda build so that will be in the near future. I remember seeing a thread about the auto on bypass for the headlights that i would need to find again as well as the 4 on mod for it to work correctly. I would also like to add a sub to the audio system. I've already changed the head unit and speakers so the only thing its missing is a bit of bass.

I look forward to tracking and sharing my adventure on the Z66 With the community.

I think it's like 10 posts or something, then you can post pics. But you can post directly from your phone or computer, no need for a hosting site.

We'd love to see pics of your Avalanche!
