I have a 2003 Avy Z71 go off road maybe twice a month would these tires be a good option for my stock wheels and would I have to make any modifications?

I have an '07 Avalanche and am looking to go up tire size. I'm looking at 275/60/20 and I have the leveling kit already installed. Does anyone know if I can fit these on without having rubbing?
