02 OEM Hitch on an 03 WBH???

I havent had much success here locally getting a straight answer on this one. I am hearing.....noway it wont work....sure it will bolt right on....or I can MAKE it work.

I am trying to take an OEM hitch off of an 02 AV and put it on an 03 2wd Z66 WBH.


Anyone have insight on this one?

I say no due to different bumpers......

The cladded has different bumper so drop may be more or less then WBH bumper ..and the hitches are made to go under bumper and bolt to frame.....

Ask REESE hitches..they pretty smart

I just orered and installed a hitch on my 03 WBH. Let me check the part numbers.

The part numbers on the web site are the same 12498497. Mine bolted right into my WBH, and I pulled my trailer yesterday, with no problems. Good Luck.
