03 avalanche ac problems.

so I haven't had this truck long and the ac has been a champ, this evening coming home from work it started blowing only hot air so I got to diagnosing when I got home to fint the belt shredded, threw a new one on and all is right! Or so I thought.... the the evaporator thing (don't k ow its actual name) on the firewall isn't dripping water anymore. Did some quick googling and that said it could be plugged and to take a wire brush and/or a wet dry vacuum and suck the clog out, tried both and nothing seemed to be clogging it. And suggestions? And is it safe to run that way? Thanks

YOu need to connect some gages and check hi/lo pressures
ENsure compressor clutch works
Ensure compressor works.

SO many things for AC to go wrong... best for experts.

The clutch is on and cycling as normal. It's getting cool enough here in MN ill just roll the windows down from now on. Until I can bring it to a service shop ig. Thanks
