We were out goofing around this evening and drove by our local Chevy dealer and saw this on the lot... of course we had to stop and check it out. ;D I had never seen a yellow one WBH. I kinda liked it...but definitely not as much as I like my own 02. ;)

SWEEEEET! Is the $4,000 rebate good on the WBH option? This look to be a differant shade of yellow than is on the reg AV's? I know that the General and at least to colors of yellow that he is offering and I like the brighter shade better. The others that I have seen on the AV are a little "butterscotch" for me.

Nice (y). I assume that with a $41K sticker price means that it was almost fully loaded. I like the looks of a WBH in yellow. I have only seen a yellow Av with cladding instead.

(this is the first time I noticed the "Quick Reply Box" and first post using it - nice feature!)

I am disappontied in the look of the yellow WBH. I think you really need the dark grey cladding to offset the yellow. :9:

I have been looking for one of these. I live in N. calif. Maybe ill be driving down tomorrow. How are they to deal with? Do you know? The car is not on there web site. I was curious what all was on it. I have been looking at one with the cladding for 42.5. They don't seem to want to deal with the yellow ones. I can understand tho. There aren't too many of them

As for the dealership... I haven't bought a vehicle from them, but have been to their lot many, many times. The sales staff has always been friendly. They have just never had what I wanted on the lot. I can only speak for their service dept. They have an outstanding service department.

I really didn't pay a whole lotta attention to the details of the window sticker while I was there... but I did notice the sunroof and the all leather interior. Let me know if you need anymore info... The dealership is right down the street from me.

Am I reading this correctly, $600.00 extra for WBH? Whats that all about?

NO. its a $600 credit off of the standard price!

The more and more WBH's I see, the more I like them. The first was a pewter Z71 WBH w/o the moldings, and it really did't look all that bad.

Don't get me wrong, still love the ones with cladding, but the new ones without are still very nice looking trucks. If I were to buy an Av myself right now, it might be what I would get.

Thanks a lot Socalcindy. I will be giving them a call or the Fleet guy I have been talking to up here. He says he can get me anything I want for $750 over invoice. Invoice on this is probably about 37k. So if I can get this for 38 I would be happy.

I didn't think they came with the homelink and the sunroof. I thought I saw somewhere where they couldn't do both. hmmm

Anyway thank you very much

I have found the same vehicle except with cladding in N. calif. Now I need to decide which one. :cautious: oh my! such decisions in life we must make. Oh and this one doesn't have the xm radio. Do I need that if I plan on installing the navigational system?

Well, that's a tough decision to make. ??? I don't know if I'd go for the cladding or go without, but something tells me I'd go without, just to be different. I'm a cladding fan, but right now, you'd REALLY, REALLY stick out in a crowd with 1) an Av in the first place, 2) an Av that's yellow ;D ;D , and 3) a new Av that doesn't have any cladding.

It's your choice, but I'd go without the cladding right now. But, if the deal is better or you can get the other one easier, go with it. Either way, it's not like you're making a huge sacrifice (it's an Av either way!).

Picked up my LPMWBH on Thursday. ALL discounts apply. With GM Suppliers Discount Price, $2003 on GM Card and $4k rebate, welll over $9k below MSRP. Couldn't pass it up. Drove to Denton and back over the weekend (500 mi.) Sweet ride! I have not seen another WBH on the road yet.

I wonder if I sold all my other cars and stuff, if I would have enough to buy one of each. Nah, after my wife found out she'd divorce me and end up with one of 'em anyway. ;D

Be very careful... If she gets a really good lawyer she'd end up with *both* of them!!
