'04 SunVisor Question

:(I have an '04 Z71 WBH that I bought after trading in my '00 Yukon. Love the truck but so much is missing from the GMC. Specifically, the additional sun visor for tough sun days. On the Yukon, when you moved the sun visor from the original position over to the side window, you still had another visor to fold down for oncoming viewing. Does anyone know where I can get one of these to mod my Av with? Can't believe GM left that off.

THe 02 Avalanche had this option also... I used it frequently.... It is possible that since the roof liner color is the same in all the model years that the doble visors would fit.... I believe I saw discussions pertaining to this.... and that they would be intercahgable... Could be a worthwhile mod.

Found out the other day that GM has stopped using the dual visor. You cannot even order them from parts. If you have a dual visor and have a warranty issue, Gm will replace both visors with the single type. That Sucks! So, the best bet is to find a wrecked 01 thru 03 and rob them. BTW, they are all the same design, GMC, Chevy and Cadillac you just need to find your color.

Yeah, I noticed they quit on trucks I make. No way am I letting them replace "BOTH" ! If I have a problem hopefully it's the passenger side one. :B:
 
After I read this I thought to my self I have 2 visors ,I looked last night Yep swing one to the side and there another one to fold down.I didnt look to see if it was an option that they stuck in there.???
