I have an 07, it was lowered slightly and is running 22's on it. Been that way since I bought it 8 years and 70,000 miles. Now it has begun in slow turns going slightly downhill the traction control light will come on and occasionally the traction control engages. Took this to our local Chevy dealer and after 3 months and Chevy engineers looking it over I ended up with a $3200 bill and it still does it. not as often, but it is still doing it. They changed Yaw "sensor" maybe, hubs, front struts and anything else they could think of. They said Chevy cant do any more unless we change it back to original stance and wheel/tire. Anyone else have any thought on what it could be?

Did they offer to put a data logger on it and take it for a ride. Some dealer don't like to work on velicles if they have been modified.

All 4 hubs and bearings? First guess is speed sensor / wheel bearing, but that was likely their first attempt too.

I agree with MS03 2500, need to get data via log file and see which wheel speed is off and ultimately triggering the traction control event. Might look into getting the Autel AP200 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07QD4GZW4/ and digging into what the computer is telling you. Post results here and we can help too. Maybe share the invoice so we can see everything the dealer already tried.
