07 LTZ WITH 100% LINEX PAINT JOB & KVH

Yes that is awesome... After painting the top cladding on my truck I am still considering doing the same to my truck. I might have a paint-less dent removal place remove some of the small dents first though. Think I am going to do the bed on my truck first and go from there...  Found a do it yourself place that I can get the stuff and end up doing the whole truck for well under $1000.

We shall see...

I am interested in seeing how well this holds up...

I am considering doing something similar to my first gen with cladding..

Current consideration is only doing the cladding, the area above the wheel wells that sticks out (As I have seen others do on here) and the hood. I would be using a different product that doesn't have as much texture and is supposed to hold its color much better than standard LineX does.

Since mine is black I am not sure how well it will look having the texture look on the hood and fenders but the factory finish on the doors, above the fenders, tailgate and roofline. Debating on just doing the whole truck but I worry that some of the sharp corners might not stick well... Such as door edges

I'm in the same boat. Black cladded Z71 2006 and did a search on Google and it brought me here. I'm concerned about fading. I love the look. Nice choice over paint.

Great !
I saw this kind of "paint" in France on a Ram and Defenders.
Looks really strong, made for expedition !

STILL looks just like the pics - ZERO fading

I also found a black paint detail spray ( Turtle Wax Jet Black spray ) at Autozone  ... Once in a while I wipe it down that ... MONEY

How is the finish holding up on your truck?  I'm particularly interested in the cladding.

I'm going in to look at doing this at the Line-X store here in Calgary and he noted the cladding could be a problem for bonding.
