100,000 Mile Club

I hit 100K last week while trailering the bikes to the NE Motorcycle Expo. Haven't been on the forum much lately, spent some of my downtime prepping/detailing the bikes for the show. Did ok too. 2 bikes, 2 trophies. (y)

I topped 50,000 on my '04 this week, I might reach 100k in another dozen years

well my 06 z71 just hit the 250,000  . bought it new in 11/ 05  if I can get another 175,000  I will pass my 87  Toyota  4x4.

120,164 on my '06 Z71 - just changed plugs, new brakes and pads all around and switched to Mobil 1.  Unfortunately I'm on my 3rd trans... Still love it tho!

Finally hit 100,000 miles at 12:54 pm July 27, 2018.  :needhug:

I just wish that the late I CHNGE (Cliff) was here to see it.  :6:

With as many of the early National GTG?s and MegaMeets we attended, I figured it would have occurred long ago...oh well The I CHNGE Av is still rolling strong (y)

Congrats Mrs. I CHNGE yes it is about time for a 04

Glad to see you still posting and the Avy still remains in your family....

They are family ya know.....

Good Luck!

Passed 102000 miles the other day,and i bought it 3 years ago with 73000 miles. Then it had a rebuilt trans, and new front shocks and a wheel bearing in front. Also the gasoline pump had been replaced some time before i bought it.

Bought new rear powerstop brakes 8 months later, and rebuilt the front diffrensial with new bearings and seals a year after purchase.
Rebuilt the transfercase 2 years ago,and changed both front window regulators.Changed the other front wheel bearing, and bought new rear shocks. .
Also bought new front lights, and fog lights..also 2 rear body mounts have been changed, and the rest of them is ready to go too..

2 months ago the gover lock exploded,so a eaton true trac was installed

Complete front brakes upgrade to 07- from powerstop mounted 2 weeks ago,and .Last week i changed the steering and idler arm,and now it feels like the steering is good..except that now the steering shaft feels kinda sloppy.Hopefully it will now stay cool for awhile...sometimes it feels like it has nore miles on it,than what it seems..has 4200 hours on the odometer

my 03' av has 160k on it... had it since new, has only needed a rebuilt rear end and a rebuilt transfer case...(the victim of not getting it into the shop soon enough when noises were heard...)
I would remind everyone that has one over 100k that they should join Chevys Truck Legends club... they send free chevy swag sever times a year... including tickets to auto shows in your area... they invited us to the 100th anniversary of Chevy trucks they had at Texas Motor Speedway, it was very cool.

I purchased my Florida rust-free  2002 Z66 earlier this month with 142,000 miles- estate sale, mechanic owned. I took it in to Pep Boys for an oil change this week and had them do their inspection. The mgr told me- "we can't find a thing wrong with your truck"
All they noticed was some small seepage at the oil pan gasket- but no leaks. I had them do a brake fluid flush. Next up, is a cooling system flush. New plugs, rear brake pads and calipers was done at 129-130K, according to notes in the owners manual, by George, the previous owner. I have full confidence I will join the 200K club, but not for many years, as I am retired and don't have to drive 30 miles each way to work like I did with my job at Chrysler's Kokomo transmission plant.
I really enjoy driving my "new to me"  Z66 Avalanche. I am planning on both of us being around in 2032 to get our  "antique" plates. (y)

Recently passed 100k!  Bought my 2005 Z71 4x4 two years ago with about 82k (or so) on it.
