My odometer just rolled over to 10,000 miles. It has been the best miles of my life! Every time I think the Av is done impressing me, it does something else that fills me with happiness.

On Christmas Day, I plowed through a lot of snow when everyone else was scared to be on the road. When I travel long distance it is the most comfortable vehicle around. When I go camping and pull the camper - it is just plain awesome. Trips to Home Depot are now a treat instead of a hassle. The saddle bags, midgate and hard cover get used regularly. A little mod here and there, and this Av will keep me thrilled for years to come.

Just felt the need to share my joy with the Av. Somehow, I think there are a few others on this site who would share my feelings. :B:
 
Wow!! and I thought it was alot when I turned over 4000 this past week.

I just got back from lunch, and guess what, I too just rolled the 10,000 mark, and i have enjoyed every mile and minute of getting there ;D As a matter of fact, I have to do another 1000 this weekend, going to get my son after the holidays.
 
A bit over 10k on mine too . . NO problems.

As midlife said . . . great highway cruiser, tow vehicle, Home Depot go-fer truck, etc, etc.

Gotta love it! ;D
 
Oh yeah - I forgot to mention the reliability. I have one tiny corner of the cladding that is slightly lifted, and one fog light with a little bit of moisture in it. Those things will get taken care of under warranty when I get around to it. Otherwise - not a single problem.

I've never had this great reliability with any other vehicle, and I've had a lot of them! :B:
 
i got 5800 miles...i bought it in sept 9-02...i'm getting more miles on this now than my 02' yamaha r6..that has 7500 and i've had it since january. soon the av will reign mileage supreme...hehe
 
Man I must be driving too much - I will roll 30K this week. I have owned the AV for 13 months :)
 
Holy Smokes!! My Av is 13 months old also and I am still 200 miles short of 10,000. It has turned out to be the most versitile truck I have ever owned. Owning it has been alot more enjoyable since finding this club. :B:
 
I took delivery on Jan. 21, 02 w/ 18 miles and turned 28,000 miles on Dec. 30, 02. ?Ya'll need to get out and hAVe more fun !!!! ?Oh yeah.... ZERO TRIPS TO THE SHOP !!
 
I feel like a kid with a new toy. My AV has 5600 miles I bought it on 9/15/02.

No problem whatsoever. Just need to adjust to the AV way. (like the ACC).

I had a trip to Colorado no problem. I went to pikes-peak 14,140 feet above sea level no problem. I saw other trucks and cars with a little problem with the snow and ice but not my AV.

The only time I felt down was when my AV met my wife. Until the colorado trip I thought I had a very big truck. She managed to use all the space available with bags, snow shoes, snow toys, etc. It was amaizing how many things we carry over to Colorado.
At the middle of the trip I realize that I didn't have to feel down. The AV manage to take all my wife could imagine we could use in our trip. I am talking about everything she could imagine. (you got the idea >:D )

We drove 958 miles each way very confortable and knowing I had the most reliable truck on the road help me alot.

Blueruck...how can you use "driving too much" in the same breath with "AV"???? Just kidding.

I've owned mine since 10/03/02 and have 7600 miles. The only complaint is a squeak in the driver's seat. Taking it in tomorrow for the 7500 mile service and for them to look at the seat.

I love this truck!
 
Aug 5th delivery,
Turned 10K today getting gas and Kerosene for my garage heater.
I LOVE my TRUCK.
Baby got washed 2 times, vacummed 2 times and 2 coats of wax (sorry, not using Zaino, YET)
Waiting till summer..
I have to work tonight? Bummer so it will get dirty going there but it is SPOTLESS right now sitting in a heated garage.
I detailed the hell out of it today-
7 hours of washing, rubbing and cleaning it up.

While I have flipped to the other side of 15 grand on the odometer...it has been fun and fulfilling experience....never looking back once or regretting my decision to put myself and my wife in an Av...

Whether it be down the shore in the summer, or just running around the icy streets in the winter..the Av has always provided us with a means to accomplish whatever we asked of it....

The best vehicle that I have ever owned by far.. :B:

I only got 15500 in 11 months,but i havent been on any big trips with it yet. i also im loving all the time. Nothing wrong with it either except my deer hitting ordeal.
