1500-2500 parts compatible?

Hello, and thanks for my acceptance into the forum.

I have found a great deal on a 2003 2500 avy and it needs a hood, fender and bumper and tailgate.
Can I take these parts off a 1500 2003?

I found the same colour truck (White) and need to know if I can use the half ton parts on the 2500 truck. Same years

next question, do the parts on a Non cladded interchange with a cladded truck?

Tailgate & hood yes. Is the 1500 cladded?

The 1500 is not cladded. The 2500 is.

so I assume hood and tailgate would work. But obviously not the fender. Am I correct? When I look up hoods they ask for cladded or not? And different part numbers?

No cladded hood , fenders heck whole front clip is different then WBH version.

2500 front bumpers different as is the front cladding bumper cover.

So if I need parts for my 2500, I need to take them from a 2500…?

Cannot say with blanket statement as I am sure door panels, switches dash crap like that is the same as is stuff inside bed and midgate.

Main difference will be frame and things that bolt to it.

but cladded for cladded for most part and all 2500 were cladded

Rally depends on the list of parts you need.

Might be better to find parts you need from online junkyard and used parts places.

yeah I am pretty sure on the hood cladded for cladded... but I bow to my 2500 owning brothers on here to confirm
