20" Goodyear Eagle Radials

Welp, I found the SS wheels I was looking for but now the place where I was going to buy the tires says the the Goodyear Eagle Radial 275/55/R20 won't be made again till the beginning of next year! :E:

Have you ever heard of such a thing? If anyone has any leads as to where I can get a set of these tires please let me know. They did have the 285/50/R20 which he said everyone was using instead of the 275. Anyone know if using the alternative tire will result in me having to reprogram the computer? Whats the difference btwn the two sizes anyway?

285-50-20 is very close to the same overall height of the stock size. You would be able to get away without reprogramming if necessary.

Nobody has the 275/55 LS?? I took a look at an SS yesterday, and that's what it had, and I got mine not too long ago.. that's wierd. As a matter of fact... I insisted on the LS and they had to be brought up from.....Fresno!! I bet I got your tires!!! Sorry bro.

Here is a nice little tire size calculator for comparing two sizes of tire and wheel combinations.

You will see there really is not much difference between the 275/55/20 and 285/50/20. Go for the 285's.

Here in NY I just got raped on a set but was told they are on galactic back order. I paid $180 each.
