I just finished putting the diodes in (used all 5) Now I think I have to go to Auto Zone to get silverstars for the upper parking/turn signals.? Great job with the directions. If anyone needs the diodes, I'd be happy to mail them to you I wont need any more than I've already used. I bought the 50 pack and I have plenty of shrink tubing.? I know its cheap andreadily available but I will donate these to any one that wants them. Let me know....

'major99' (or anybody wondering what to do with the leftover diodes and shrink tube)...

Hold on to the diodes and shrink tubes.  Offer to do this mod for somebody at a GTG that you attend... they'll love you for it!  And you get the satisifaction of passing on your mod knowledge of the mod to the next guy... it's a win/win situation.

SWEET!  I know you're going to love it at night... I find it hard to believe that anybody wouldn't like this mod.  Has to be on the top 5 of any "mods to do" list.  And it takes so little time to comlete too.  Enjoy lighting up the night JP!

I installed all five of the diodes but I think I will take the diode out for the fogs on with the highs. I think it puts a little to much light on the ground in front of the truck when driving in the snow. I am going to try putting a diode between the DRL's and the low beams. I am so happy that I found this website. It really has made it much easier to find information about such an awesome vehicle.

I haven't seen one yet.? You can always splice the DRL wires to other lights, but that's not quite as nice.

No, Not really.  I'm actually looking for the all on hi mod.  I've gotten (VERY) used to it in my 05.

You can also splice to get your lows to stay on too... there were a lot of kits floating around eBay to do that on 02-06 models.  They were complete rips offs though.  Again, not a very pretty solution.

Great job on the instructions!? Any known threads for accurate instructions for completing the same task on an '02?? ??? Thanks for the help in advance.

HAHA! Never Mind  07 Sierra Classic 2500HD has the same Wiring Scheme!  I'm already done and have it working!

I would have to see a new 07 Sierra to see what the differences are.
