2003 Z71 Purchase

I am looking at a red 2003 Z71 at a local lot. It has 12,261 miles and is the base Z71 package. The dealer is asking 27,988. What would be a reasonable price to pay?

Well Kelly Blue Book says the retail for this in my area (central Indiana) is $27,650 If it were for sale by a Private Party the value is $23,795 I would try to get it for that lower price!

I just purchased an Arrival Blue 2003 about a month ago. It had 36,000 miles on it and I got it for around 24,000. I am not sure how the mileage on a vehicle affects it but I would try to get it lowered. Also mine was pretty well stacked with extras in it.

I just traded today for a ultra clean cladded Arrival Blue 03 Z71.
Pretty much every option but sunroof, onstar, and DVD.
It has 15,700 miles. If it is a quick sale before we pay to advertise it I sell it for 26,200.00
