 I really am thinking about doing this upgrade and rebuilding the axle and doing the same stock suspension with the coils and shocks and maybe 4 link it

Ill start posting pics once i have all the brackets.  Going to run the stock lower Control arms to help with the correct placement.  Coil-overs in the rear instead of shocks and springs. Going inside the frame rail to hopefully fit a long shock.

The 4 link(ish) will be the next part of this build:

.150" DOm with .250 wall thickness
Threaded Rod end with 3.4" Shank
Mis alignment Spacer 5/8 or 1/2"
Grade 8 bolts
FK or Jonny Joint for the rod ends.

Just to give you an idea so far.
$300 for the Axle housing
$580 for the True Trac
$180 4.88 gears.
Gear install??$350-$500( I plan on doing the front and rear at the same time.)

Guessing around another $500 in metal(parts/brakets/fittings etc.) and another $400-600 in coilovers.
Total should be right around $2.5k when i'm done.. so shoot for $3000 to do it right.

I am really looking more and more into just saving and saving and doing a front dana 60 swap at the same time with 14 bolt 8 lug rear end and a divorce case and doing just a leveling kit on there with some stock 8 lug chevy rims and some 35s.

Hey your signature says u got 35" tires on a 2.5" leveling kit I want todo a 3"/2" leveling kit and put 305/70/17 on there or 315/70 /17 which are like 34.2 and 34.8" actual size what do they take todo that? How much trimming did u have? Could I fit 35's? And I also want todo a 3" body lift later but that won't be very soon either

You do have to do trimming if you want to fit them.  That is a little bit bigger lift than what i currently have.  I shaved the front bumper at least an inch(following the contour of the fender line towards the ground).

As for inside next to the driver/passenger door, i would recommend putting the new tires on and cycling the suspension.  Make sure to crank the wheel both directions before switching sides.  I have had to do extra touch up trimming bc i rubbed at full lock going down hill on the outside of the tire.

Say I would like the biggest ones possible I can fit and I am buildings steel bumper before Christmas for a prodject so that will give me some added clearence there but mine is also the cladded will that effect anything? Compared to yours also I plan on wheeling with it so at full travel will I have any troubles?

Not sure how the plastic wraps around the the door and into the fender well.  Nothing a sawzall(or an X-acto knife), heat gun and some sheet metal screws can't fix. (y) (y)

Ill go shoot some pics with my phone and post them for you later so you can see how much cutting i did.  Hopefully it will give you some insight into what will be involved in your up coming project.

The front bumper will definitely give you some added clearance.

What do u think of your toyo's?

TOYO's are great.  Had them in deep snow last year and they did good.  They have preformed good in the mud and dirt on my property this year.  Haven't had them in super deep mud or sand yet.  Not too noisy on the road.  Some tires are super loud but i would say they are moderate.  I believe there are two different rating's on the Toyo's.  I bought the pair that have longer wear.  I have around 15k on them and there is plenty of life left.  I plan on buying another pair and would recommend them.

Been a little while since i posted an update.  Last thing i have to buy is the leaf springs for the swap.  Almost have everything purchased for the 14Bolt SF Swap.

I am going to build some custom spacers so i can still use the current brakes off the stock 10bolt.  More pics to follow.  Clunking up front led me to buying the Borgeson Steering Shaft( PN# 000937), should have that on in the next two days and some reviews over the next month on it.
