2004 ULEV (CALIFORNIA EMISSIONS)

I bought a 2004 Cevy Avalanche in Denver Colorado are all of them ULEV vehicles and can be sold in California or did i get one bound for Cali?

On my air box is says that it is a ULEV vehicle and is lefal for sale in California?
