2005 ChevAlanche, under carriage clunking

Hello I just took out my truck and at speeds of 45-50 it makes a clunking sound in the back of the truck, has anyone experienced this?

Could be many things.
BAd bushings, shock
Junk in bed or side bin.
Out of balance or round tires.

Need to inspect it for anything loose in the rear.
