2005 ls avalanche

Hello I got a 2005 avalanche 265 70 R16 and I found a 265 70 R 17 from a 2006 avalanche Z71 can I used the tires in me same bolt pattern any one have and idea thanks

Quick answer is yes you can use 17" rim from a Z71 and the added advantage is that you then can upgrade your brakes to larger second generation brakes. (read the thread in brake mod section for parts and info.)
