Is Corsa sport the only exhaust that have a nice sound and no drone?
I hope there is a cheaper one because it costs about $1700 here in Sweden  :E:

My FM40 does not drone so much

I have only used Corsa on my AVs but have a Magnaflow on a 1947 Chevy and am pleased with the sound and quality. I have heard Magnaflow on other owner's Avs and it sounds nice and they seemed pleased. I don't know what the price for a muffler or whole Cat back setup would be in Sweden though.

Magnaflow cat-back is about $1000 here.

I had Magnaflow on my Dodge magnum rt, droned like hell on that car. Now I have a custom made exhaust on it.

I think I?ll search a bit on Silverado forums, feels like if it drones on a Silverado it drones on a Avalanche. I know it?s not the same car but it can?t be that much of a difference regarding drone.

Unfortunately I don?t really like the sound on flowmaster.

Try gibson cat back. Installed system yesterday. Not loud at all but sounds great. Sound will change after longtube install next.

love my Flowmaster 50... No drone on the highway. The CAI makes more noise going uphill than the exhaust. It was put to me as....they won't hear you coming, but will hear ya pull in...that's exactly what I was looking and the 50 nailed it. Can carry on a normal conversation at highway speeds. It has a deep rumble at idle and sounds mean when ya step into it. I'm totally happy but I'm old my wife says my hearings going. Had a Gibson but rusted out in 2 years...pos... Good luck with your hunt. Lots of choices out there.

I went the inexpensive route. Got rid of the stock resonator and installed an SLP Dual Stainless Tip tailpipe and had a Flowmaster 40 series muffler installed on the stock exhaust. Cost me about $420. Sounds and looks great and no drone.

LOL - I just realized the original post was from 2019!
